What are you about?
I’m about three things: educate, inspire, motivate; above all I make things happen. People who really know me know that about me and I bring this attitude to the projects I work on. Whether we are aware of it or not, we are constantly communicating what we’re about to others. We do it in the way we dress, what we say and how we say it, how we treat ourselves and how we treat others, to name but a few. Make sure what you’re communicating is a true reflection of what you’re about. It’s important to know what you’re about, it gives you confidence but above all it validates you and is your way of letting yourself know that you count. You matter. Know what you bring to the table in every meeting, every project, every collaboration, and do not be afraid to own it! Own your accomplishments, your achievements, your knowledge, your skills!
Here this week’s episode of Creative Interview our sister platform full of nuggets of inspiration from Creatives. Teresa Yanzu, Larry Olubamiwo and Kennedy Aja tell us what they bring to the table.
